1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is AirFish (“the Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all registered AirFish users residing in Australia.

• Employees or contractors of AirFish and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.

 

3. How to Enter

• Users will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway upon signing up and creating an AirFish account.

• Skippers will receive one (1) additional entry for each legitimate listing they create on the AirFish app.

• Users may create multiple listings; however, only legitimate listings (i.e. genuine fishing trips that comply with AirFish’s guidelines and are not duplicates or fraudulent) will qualify as valid entries.

• Listings deemed illegitimate or created for the sole purpose of manipulating giveaway entries will be removed, and the user will be ineligible to win.

• Listings made during the giveaway period will count as valid entries regardless of the trip date.

 

4. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway will run until Sunday, 2nd of November 2025 at 6 pm ACDT.

 

5. Prizes

• The prize will consist of 4 x $50 prepaid Mastercards, awarded to four separate users.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

 6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the applicable giveaway period.

• Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their AirFish account within five (5) business days of the draw.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible entrant.

 

7. General Conditions

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to AirFish using their name and/or image for promotional purposes (e.g. social media posts) without additional compensation.

• AirFish reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process of breaches these Terms and Conditions.

• AirFish reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Apple, Google, or any other platform on which it is promoted.

 

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with AirFish’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway.
